“South” is a unique work of art by Ola Volo, specifically created as an exclusive limited edition print run, in collaboration with Art Rapture’s publishing house, Rapture Editions. This work is the final release for West, East, North, South.
South's theme is derived from the vastness of the ocean and universe. Ola draws inspiration from her travels to the southern seas. The Queen's hair flows like a nautical map with layers reminiscent of oyster shells at the water's edge.
The female figure gazes to the sky in search of guidance from the illuminating stars.
This final release showcases Ola Volo's brilliant execution and maturity as she completes this series of highly collectible artwork.

Every silk screen print has been meticulously hand pulled at Malaspina Printmakers on Granville Island, Vancouver. Each print is on fine art BFK Rives 100% cotton paper, watermarked with deckled edges, mould-made and imported from France.
Artwork, designed and created by Ola Volo. All prints are hand signed in pencil lower right. Numbered lower left. Blind embossing stamp of Rapture Editions lower left and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Art Rapture / Rapture Editions.
