Shipping Policy

Turn Around Time: Art Rapture will prepare orders and have them shipped out within 7 business days.  Art Rapture will notify the buyer via email when the order has been shipped.  If the buyer has any questions during this time, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@artrapture.com  Art Rapture's goal is to respond to all enquiries by email within 24 hours of receipt.

Tracking numbers will be provided as long as the shipping service is able to provide tracking services.

Shipping Methods:  Art Rapture utilizes Canada Post and affiliated international services to ship prints.  Original paintings and unique works are shipped through trusted shipping companies that have expertise in shipping fine art.

Lost or Damaged items (prints): Buyers may return prints that arrive damaged in transit or otherwise within fifteen (15) days of delivery to receive a full-value refund or replacement.  Beyond 15 days of delivery, no refund or replacement item will be provided. Collectors must include the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (if provided by Art Rapture) with their return to receive a refund or replacement item.  Buyer's are responsible for the cost of shipping and will not be refunded shipping fees if they return a print for refund or replacement.

Lost of Damaged items (originals and uniques):  For unique works of art, the buyer assumes risk of items damaged or lost in transit upon completion of purchase.  For more information please contact info@artrapture.com prior to placing your order.

Undelivered Orders: Art Rapture is not responsible for bounced packages or misdeliveries. An undelivered order may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Insurance:  All prints are insured up to $100.  For original paintings, 50% of the value of the original painting will be insured.  Insurance cost is included in the shipping fees.

International Orders: The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; Art Rapture has no control over international customs charges, nor can Art Rapture predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for more information.
